Cancellations: Order cancellations are strictly accepted within 1 hour of purchase, as we begin processing your shipment immediately. After 1 hour, your purchase is locked and cannot be canceled.

Returns & Exchanges (Reworked & Limited Items):Reworked Pieces: Our upcycled and reworked items are strictly 1-of-1 (one-of-a-kind) creations. Because no duplicate exists, exchanges or returns are impossible.

Wearable Art & Drops: Our printed wearable art (e.g., artwork printed on shirts) is released in strictly limited drops with only 5 pieces available per size. Due to this limited availability, we do not hold extra inventory to process size exchanges or returns. All sales are final.

Other Home Decor & Hygiene Items: Clay vessels, canvases, stones, and sage are final sale. For health and safety reasons, jewelry and earrings are strictly non-returnable.

Damaged Items: If your unique art piece arrives damaged during transit, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will issue a full refund or a store credit, as a direct replacement is not available due to the limited and 1-of-1 nature of our stock.
